What you’ll be doing:

• As a Principal Engineer, you will help us accelerate our pursuit of building a world-class niche SaaS platform targeted for multiple verticals.
• As an early and senior member of a growing team, you’ll have significant ownership, input, and influence over the work that we do, and how we do it.  You will develop a product that meets the needs of our rapidly growing user base. Primary responsibilities include driving the product architecture, bringing “design thinking” on product features, design and implementation of the key platform components, coordinating development efforts across the team, and working alongside designers to iterate on product UI/UX.
• This gig is not for the unseasoned. A coder and a leader, who has an appreciation for good design and usability. The technical problems we solve aren’t simple. But this also means you’ll be able to do work that matters and help a ton of people in a way you’ve never imagined.
• We’re a small team with big ambitions which means we have a lot that we want to do. We need our new ideas to move to execution quickly so we can determine whether to invest more time in them or change course.
