These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BiddingHub, a workforce scheduling platform offered by ShiftX LLC. By using BiddingHub, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

BiddingHub provides schedule bidding, vacation bidding, voluntary time off, and related workforce scheduling capabilities. Specific features, access, and obligations are set forth in your service agreement.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BiddingHub only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and your organization's policies. You will not misuse the platform to harm, disrupt, or compromise any systems or data.

3. Intellectual Property

ShiftX retains ownership of BiddingHub, its technology, and related intellectual property. Your data remains yours in accordance with the applicable agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShiftX's liability is limited as set forth in the applicable service agreement.
