Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ShiftX LLC's services, including AI workshops, consulting, implementation, and related offerings. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

ShiftX provides enterprise AI strategy, implementation, and support services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and obligations are set forth in individual statements of work or master service agreements.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will not misuse our services to harm, disrupt, or compromise any systems or data.

3. Intellectual Property

ShiftX retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, methodologies, and tools. Work product and deliverables are governed by the terms of the applicable engagement agreement.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information exchanged in the course of the engagement, in accordance with the confidentiality provisions of the applicable agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShiftX's liability is limited as set forth in the applicable service agreement. We provide services on an "as is" basis where not otherwise specified.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable agreement. Upon termination, obligations regarding confidentiality and intellectual property survive.
